Eugene Rain Rainbow Headie 6.5″
Master Glass-Blower Eugene Rain checks in with one of the most fantastic headies I have ever seen. I can’t think of another piece with much going on regarding design. Because this 6.5-inch wonder dubbed the Rainbow Headie encompasses all of the skills of this renowned artist. I could go on forever about all of the aspects of this piece. The glass is excellent, with a great base and decent weight. All the basics are checked here, so let’s start with some of the major attractions to this headie.
THIS IS THE DEFINITION OF PSYCHEDELIC
Starting at the mouthpiece and working our way downwards, you can see the beginnings of a TRUE work of art. Bright yellow, green, orange, and red are perfectly swirled. It is also attached to a dual-tier mini mushroom with an entirely different color set. Beige striations work their way down the main shaft, where they meet the first row of peacock feather-like patterns—a style I have not seen anywhere else. You can also see it pronounced around the bowl, which happens to be perfectly sized AND symmetrically perfect.
At the rear of the Rainbow headie, we can see three tiers of the combination of all styles found on the piece. This is all accented with the perfect marble with blue and yellow flowers. This brings a focal point to all the different types and is ideally placed so you can enjoy its look on each pull.
