Blueberry is an all-time favourite cannabis strain for me. This beautiful Blueberry Marijuana plant has won multiple awards and topped the High Times’ Cannabis Cup in 2000 for best Indica. You can expect sweet fruity flavours that remind of warm blueberry muffins right from the oven. The high is a long-lasting state of euphoria that results in total relaxation and almost guaranteed sleep.
Appearance
An excellent example of Blueberry cannabis. The flower calyx is small, tightly packed and form dense buds that are a light green. Only a small amount of the leaves remain, but the ones that do are a deeper green and heavily coated with trichomes. Pistils are small, thin and deep orange in colour. The overall look of the trichomes shows a good variety of cloudy and opaque light brown crystals and for this reason is a good indication of a properly matured plant.
Smell
Blueberry is one of my all-time favourite plants, having grown it many times and enjoyed it for years. This example of Blueberry has definitely reached my expectations. The smell is sweet, pungent with a bit of spice. It’s a fresh fruity aroma that has always reminded me of fresh blueberry muffins fresh out of the oven, that lingering warm odor that remains in the kitchen. Altogether is an amazing Blueberry bud fragrance.
Potency
Now, this hit me hard! The THC content is super high, an astounding 24% that said I found myself struggling to keep myself awake. Total body and mind relaxation. A very content buzz that lasts as long as you can stop the sleep from putting you down. Surely to relieve stress and promote a good nights sleep.
Dryness
A well-cured bud, the stems are crisp and snap with a quick bend, very little flexibility. The flowers are crunchy dry with just enough moisture and stickiness to provide a smooth burn. The dryness is in an ideal state for any good marijuana smoke.
Trim
The trim is above and beyond, this is no machine grade trim job. The pruners carefully removed even most flower leaves, as a matter of fact, it likely wouldn’t have hurt to leave a few more, given the generous crystal coating. I do find a few fan leaf node stems protruding and as a result cannot give this a 100 on trim, but a respectable 95, obviously nothing to cause disappointment.
