The OCS is Now Looking for Same-Day Delivery Services
OCS Delivery. The OCS and its shortcomings are one of the hottest topics of discussion of this very new year. The trend continues as the OCS or should we say the OCRC (Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation) has come into the realization that it is need of same-day delivery services to maintain and help expand the growth of their e-commerce model.
The contract being offered is estimated to be worth approximately $450,00 CAD to the winning bid. Interested parties have until February 4th to get their application in.
This OCS delivery process will be in test phase starting with the Greater Toronto Area. If all goes well, there are plans for expansion into other Ontario areas when the test phase is complete. The planned staging run will take place between March 1 and December 31, 2019.
The strides that the OCS will take to ensure that they maintain a firm grip on this industry in Ontario in every way is deplorable. This OCS delivery is just another one of those strides.
